Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the btc99 platform. This age restriction applies to all Members regardless of their location within Indonesia. btc99 enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The btc99 platform is designed for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law as it applies to you personally, and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with any local regulations governing your participation.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the btc99 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. btc99 reserves the right to close all but one account where duplicates are detected, and to void any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account with btc99:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the btc99 platform or from gambling platforms generally.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or directors of btc99 or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members.
• Any individual accessing the platform through automated means, bots, or third-party scripts.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gameplay on the btc99 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify btc99 promptly of any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. btc99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your responsibility unless you have previously notified btc99 of unauthorised access in writing.

3.3 Account Accuracy and Fraud

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. btc99 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify inconsistencies between registered information and verified documentation. Where fraud is detected, btc99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirements

btc99 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold amount, and may request verification at any stage. Accepted documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or statement from the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of the Member holding their government-issued ID, taken within the last 30 days.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of submission during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Complex or incomplete submissions may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification completion.

4.3 Refusal of Verification

If a Member is unable or unwilling to provide the required KYC documentation, btc99 reserves the right to suspend the account and to return any unplayed deposited funds to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Methods

btc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the Supported Payment Methods listed in the Definitions clause. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). btc99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on the registered btc99 account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your btc99 account and may vary by payment method. Current indicative limits are:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (varies by method).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to VIP tier and account verification status; contact support for high-roller limits.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to your btc99 balance within 1–3 minutes of successful bank confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts using supported bank transfer channels during normal operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja follow the same timeline. btc99 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by btc99 are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence. btc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not apply retrospectively to bonuses already accepted in good faith.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Online slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo): 10% contribution.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

btc99 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion with other Members, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, btc99 will void all Bonus Funds, forfeit any winnings derived from those funds, and may permanently suspend the account.

6.4 Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, Bonus Funds expire 7 days from the date of credit if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or a live sportsbook event, the outcome of the round or event will be determined by the game server or the sporting result, whichever is applicable, and will be treated as the final settled result. btc99 is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device failure, or third-party infrastructure outages.

7.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Games

btc99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or other system fault has materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account. No additional compensation will be provided.

Responsible Gaming

btc99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its products. The platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when your session exceeds a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btc99 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of btc99 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitations of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

btc99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. btc99 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise.

11.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the btc99 platform. btc99 is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through legitimate use of the platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your personal financial means.

11.3 Third-Party Services

btc99 integrates third-party game studios, payment processors, and data feed providers. btc99 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures originating from these third-party systems, provided that btc99 has taken reasonable steps to select reputable providers and to maintain those integrations in accordance with industry standards.

11.4 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btc99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member into their btc99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your btc99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds and any bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Suspension by btc99

btc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) a Member has been found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) a Member has self-excluded and attempts to re-register. During a suspension, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your licence to access the btc99 platform is immediately revoked. btc99 will retain your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Clauses relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive account termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the btc99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. btc99 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and btc99, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the formal dispute resolution process administered by btc99's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body will be final and binding.

13.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

Amendments

btc99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the btc99 platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the btc99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
